From the beginning, it was obvious that AutoTrader.com and SCC shared the same goal, a desire to give back and to make a difference by hepling children. With the $1 million commitment from AutoTrader.com, SCC will also benefit from a match of another $1 million courtesy of founder, Bruton Smith.

The March 14th weekend at Bristol was wet; did I say wet? But, those loyal NASCAR race fans came out anyway to enjoy some great racing.

5th Annual NASCAR
Day

NASCAR Day is an annual celebration of the NASCAR spirit. The fifth anniversary celebration of NASCAR Day will be held on Friday, May 16th.

NASCAR fans, corporations, schools and organizations across the country are encouraged to donate $5 and all participants will receive a collectable 2008 NASCAR Day lapel pin for their donation.

Mobile Display Scheduled Appearances

The SCC-VA Mobile Display, 50/50" and "Raffle" the racing dog masots, will be making appearances at children's hospitals, community events, malls and race tracks throughout the 2008 race season. Click here to view their 2008 schedule of appearances.
